Introducing three types of roller bearings
I will introduce three types of roller bearings to you today. The most commonly used is cylindrical roller bearings. This bearing is composed of two ribs of a bearing ring and a guide ring. A cylindrical roller bearing is also an assembly. A separate bearing. It is very convenient to install and disassemble in this way. The paint requires the inner and outer rings to cooperate with the shaft and the housing to show their advantages.
1. Cylindrical roller bearings without ribs or inner ring without ribs. NU-type cylindrical roller bearings have no ribs on the inner ring and two ribs on the outer ring, while N-type cylindrical roller bearings have two ribs on the inner ring and no ribs on the outer ring. NU-type and N-type cylindrical roller bearings allow the shaft to perform bidirectional axial displacement with respect to the bearing housing within a certain range, that is, it can withstand the length change of the shaft caused by thermal expansion, so it is suitable for non-locating bearings. It can withstand large radial loads but cannot withstand axial loads.
2. Cylindrical roller bearing without inner ring. RNU type is a bearing without an inner ring, and the outer ring has double ribs, that is, a NU type cylindrical roller bearing without an inner ring; RN type is a bearing without an outer ring, and the inner ring has a double rib; RNU and RN type Cylindrical roller bearings are used in components with restricted radial dimensions. The surface of the journal or housing hole is directly used as the raceway surface. The hardness, machining accuracy and surface quality of the raceway surface should be similar to the raceway of the ring.
3. Cylindrical roller bearings with ribs on the outer ring. NUP cylindrical roller bearings have double ribs on the outer ring, ribs on one side of the inner ring, and ribs on the other side. This type of bearing can axially position the shaft in both directions and can withstand axial forces in both directions. The bearing construction can be NUP ... N. NJ type cylindrical roller bearings have double ribs on the outer ring and single ribs on the inner ring; NF type cylindrical roller bearings have single ribs on the outer ring and double ribs on the inner ring; NJ and NF type Cylindrical roller bearings can limit the axial displacement of the shaft or housing in one direction to achieve unidirectional axial positioning.
