If the pressure is >14.5N/mm2 or the mechanical properties are required, it can be used as a substitute for JDB-2 material. It can greatly reduce the cost and meet the requirements of use.

2. Copper base inlaid self-lubricating bearings:

Copper alloy inlaid self-lubricating bearings (national standard GB/T23894-2009) are widely used inlaid self-lubricating bearing products. This material structure combines the advantages of high load, good impact resistance and non-metallic low friction coefficient of metals and the self-lubricating properties of solid lubricants, which can meet the use of various working conditions.

It does not need to be refueled and maintained during use. Products are widely used in high-load, intermittent or oscillating motion, such as automobile and locomotive production lines, hydraulic turbines, reservoir work/accident doors, plastic machinery, etc.

3. Steel base inlaid self-lubricating bearings:

Steel-based inlaid self-lubricating bearings are reinforced products with high compressive performance. They can discharge lubricating particles during operation, so that a diaphragm is formed between the shaft and the sleeve, which is more resistant to seizure than single oil lubrication. The advantages are especially suitable for the supporting parts of lifting machinery.

For example: rolling field machine support, crane support, but not suitable for use in water or acid and alkali occasions.
