Boundary lubrication bearings are based on steel plate, sintered spherical bronze powder in the middle, rolled modified polyoxymethylene (POM) on the surface, and contain oil storage pits. It is suitable for places with low speed and medium load under normal temperature conditions, replacing traditional copper sleeves, reducing costs and extending service life. Under special circumstances, it can be used on a rolling mill to save the refueling frequency and simplify the replacement procedure. This product has been widely used in automobile chassis, forging machine tools, gold mining machinery, engineering machinery, hydropower, steel rolling industry and other fields.

Processing form:
It can be processed into straight sleeves, gaskets, sliders, different parts, etc.; generally, it cannot be processed into flange bushings, and the surface treatment is mostly copper plating.
Application features:
1. Good load bearing and good wear resistance.
2. It is suitable for rotating motion, rocking motion under high load and low speed, and occasions where it is not easy to form hydrodynamic lubrication under load and frequent opening and closing.
3. Under boundary lubrication conditions, it can be maintained without oil for a long time, and adding oil in the over layer will make the bearing life longer.
4. The surface plastic layer can leave a certain margin during processing and molding, and can be processed by itself after assembling and pressing into the seat hole to achieve a better assembly size.
